TasksDojo Features and Functionality
Basic Tier
Core task capture and daily execution, with light automation.
- Task Capture and Entry
Create tasks in the Inbox without assigning a date, edit task details (notes, category, priority, dates, and due time), manage subtasks, and save or cancel changes at any time. - Inbox
Capture tasks without a date and keep them in the Inbox until you schedule them. Scheduling a date moves tasks to Today or Tasks. - Today
View tasks for a selected day, navigate between days, and manage active, ongoing, completed, and overdue tasks. Mark tasks complete from the list, use swipe actions, and add tasks directly to the selected day. - Tasks
View active tasks with Inbox tasks shown in a dedicated section and scheduled tasks grouped by date. Drag and drop to reschedule, multi-select tasks to apply bulk updates, and archive or delete tasks. Manage recurring task series from the recurring management view. - Recurring Tasks
Create and manage recurring tasks with up to two recurring task series. Edit individual occurrences or an entire series. Additional recurring series remain visible but are locked and prompt upgrade. - Categories
Create up to three categories, assign them to tasks, and view category activity and completion. Edit and delete categories within the limit. - Archived Tasks and Data Management
View archived tasks, restore them, or permanently delete them. Recurring tasks are excluded from archived tasks. - Settings and App Management
Theme selection (Light, Dark, or System Default Mode), notification status, subscription status, data management, and access to support, release notes, app info, privacy policy, and terms. - iCloud Sync and Backup
Sync tasks securely across devices using iCloud, with automatic iCloud backup. - Reminders
Add one reminder per task.
Pro Tier
Unlock scale, customization, and long-term visibility.
- Unlimited Recurring Task Series
Edit and manage unlimited recurring task series. - Two Reminders Per Task
