Minds Illuminated LLC (“Minds Illuminated,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how information is handled when you use the TasksDojo application (“the App”), related websites, and customer support services. If iCloud synchronization is enabled, your task data is stored in your private Apple iCloud account using Apple’s CloudKit services. Minds Illuminated does not access, collect, store, or retain this data on its own servers.

d. Cookies and Web Based Support Tools

When you access customer support or feedback features that open web based forms or external support tools, those services may use cookies or similar technologies as part of their standard web functionality. These technologies may be used for security, session management, fraud prevention, and basic operational analytics by the service provider.

Minds Illuminated does not use these technologies for advertising, cross app tracking, or profiling users, and does not control how third party service providers implement their required cookies.

4. Third Party Services

TasksDojo relies on Apple provided services, including iCloud and App Store infrastructure. These services are governed by Apple’s own terms and privacy policies.

Feedback and support submissions may be processed using third party tools used solely for customer support and issue tracking purposes. These third party services may operate as web based forms and may use cookies or similar technologies required for functionality, security, and service operation.

Minds Illuminated does not integrate third party advertising platforms, cross app trackers, or analytics services for marketing purposes. Any cookies or similar technologies used by support tools are limited to operational support functions and are not used by Minds Illuminated for tracking users across apps or services.

Aggregated usage or diagnostic information processed by third party services is not linked to an individual user.

If you voluntarily subscribe to marketing or informational communications, those communications is delivered using a third-party email service provider that processes email addresses solely for message delivery, subscription management, and compliance with unsubscribe requests.

5. Data Retention

Task data stored in iCloud remains under your control. You may delete this data at any time by removing the App or deleting individual items. Minds Illuminated does not maintain independent copies of your task data.

Information you voluntarily provide to us, such as support communications, feedback submissions, or attachments, may be retained only as long as necessary to address your request, improve the App, or fulfill legitimate business or legal purposes. You may request deletion of such communications at any time.

6. Subscriptions and Purchases

All subscriptions and purchases for TasksDojo are managed exclusively by Apple through the App Store. Minds Illuminated does not collect or store payment information or personally identifiable purchase data.

We receive only limited subscription status information from Apple, such as whether a subscription is active, expired, or canceled.

7. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights related to information you voluntarily provide to us, including the right to request access, correction, or deletion.

TasksDojo is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that such information has been collected, we will delete it promptly.
