Core App Use
1. How do I create a new task?
Select the plus icon in the Inbox, Today, or Tasks tab to create a new task.
2. How do I edit or delete a task?
Tap a task to open its detail view, where you can edit or delete it.
3. How do I organize tasks into categories?
All users can organize tasks using categories. The free plan includes up to three categories. Pro allows unlimited categories.
4. How do I set due dates, reminders, and recurring tasks?
Use the controls in the task detail view to set due dates, due times, reminders, and recurring schedules.
5. How do subtasks work?
Subtasks let you break a task into smaller steps, such as a checklist or shopping list.
6. Can I attach notes or additional details to tasks?
Yes. Each task includes a Notes field for additional details or context.
7. How do I mark a task as complete?
Tap the completion circle in the task list or mark the task complete from the task detail view.
Sync and Devices
8. Does the app sync across my devices?
Yes. TasksDojo syncs using iCloud across all devices where the app is installed.
9. Do I need a separate account to sync my tasks?
No. Sync uses the Apple ID already signed into your device.
10. Is my data stored locally or in the cloud?
Your data is stored locally on your device and securely synced to iCloud.
11. What happens if I get a new device?
Your tasks will automatically sync once you sign in with the same Apple ID.
Notifications and Reminders
12. Why am I not receiving reminders?
Ensure reminders are enabled for the task and that notification permissions are enabled in iOS Settings.
13. How do I change reminder settings?
Reminders are managed per task. Device-level notification settings can be adjusted under iOS Settings > Notifications > TasksDojo.
14. Can I customize reminder times?
Yes. You can set a specific reminder time when editing a task. The free plan allows one reminder per task. Pro allows a second reminder.
Pricing and Subscription
15. Is the app free to use?
Yes. TasksDojo is free to use, with an optional Pro subscription that unlocks additional features.

18. How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID under Settings > Subscriptions.
19. Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are handled by Apple according to App Store policies.
20. Is there a trial period?
No. We are exploring free trials after launch.
Data and Privacy
21. How is my data protected?
TasksDojo uses Apple’s iCloud infrastructure, which includes strong encryption and built-in security protections.
22. Do you sell or share my information?
No. TasksDojo does not sell or share personal data.
23. Can I export my data?
Data export is not currently available.
24. How do I delete my data?
You can clear all app data in Settings > Data. iCloud data can also be managed through your Apple ID settings.

26. How do I report a bug or request a feature?
You can submit bug reports and feature requests through Settings > Help and Feedback.
27. Where can I send general feedback?
General feedback can also be submitted through Settings > Help and Feedback.
Miscellaneous
28. Do you have a roadmap or list of upcoming features?

29. Is there a web version of the app?
Not currently.
30. Do you support dark mode?
Yes. All users can follow the system appearance or manually select Light or Dark mode.
31. Can I use the app offline?
Yes. TasksDojo works offline and syncs changes once a network connection is available.
