TasksDojo Terms of Service
The products and services (“Services”) are provided by Minds Illuminated LLC (“Minds Illuminated”). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms of Service. These Terms of Service are subject to change, so please review them periodically. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Services.
These terms govern your use of TasksDojo, including its features, applications, services, technologies, and software, except where we expressly state that separate terms apply.
Using Our Services
You must comply with any policies made available to you within the Services.
You may not misuse the Services. For example, you may not interfere with the operation of the Services, attempt to access them using methods other than the interfaces and instructions provided, or use the Services for unlawful purposes. You may use the Services only as permitted by applicable law. Minds Illuminated may suspend or discontinue the Services if you do not comply with these terms or if we are investigating suspected misconduct.
Use of the Services does not grant you ownership of any intellectual property rights in the Services or the content you access. You may not use content from the Services unless you obtain permission from the owner or are otherwise permitted by law. These terms do not grant you the right to use any branding, logos, or trademarks used in connection with the Services. You may not remove, obscure, or alter any legal notices displayed in or with the Services.
In connection with your use of the Services, we may send you service announcements, administrative messages, and other information.
The Services are intended for use on supported devices. You must not use the Services in a manner that violates safety laws or regulations.
Accounts and Access
TasksDojo does not require the creation of a separate user account. Use of the Services requires a valid Apple ID with iCloud enabled. You are responsible for maintaining access to your Apple ID and for all activity that occurs through your Apple account in connection with the Services.
Privacy and Data Storage
TasksDojo uses Apple iCloud to store and synchronize user data. Data associated with the Services is linked to your Apple ID and managed through Apple’s iCloud infrastructure.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle data in connection with the Services. By using the Services, you agree to the collection and use of data as described in the Privacy Policy. Minds Illuminated does not control Apple iCloud and is not responsible for data loss, service interruptions, or unavailability resulting from Apple services or user account actions. Privacy Policy
Your Content
Some Services allow you to create, store, or manage content. You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights you hold in your content.
You acknowledge that your content is stored and processed through Apple iCloud. If you submit feedback or suggestions regarding the Services, you grant Minds Illuminated the right to use that feedback without restriction or obligation.
Software
The Services may include downloadable software that may update automatically. Updates may be required to continue using the Services.
Minds Illuminated grants you a limited, personal, non exclusive, non transferable license to use the software provided as part of the Services solely for the purpose of enabling you to use the Services as permitted by these terms.
Subscriptions and Billing
Certain features of the Services are available through a paid subscription. TasksDojo Pro is offered on a monthly or annual basis. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at the time of purchase confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled in accordance with Apple’s policies.
All billing, subscription management, and refunds are handled by Apple. Minds Illuminated does not process payments or issue refunds.
Modifying and Terminating the Services
These Terms of Service are subject to change. Minds Illuminated may modify these terms or the Services at any time, including to reflect changes in the law, features, pricing, or business practices. Updated terms will be posted and will apply prospectively.
Your continued use of the Services after any changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms of Service.
Minds Illuminated may suspend or discontinue the Services, in whole or in part, at any time. Discontinuation does not guarantee retention or recovery of stored data.
Warranties and Disclaimers
The Services are provided using commercially reasonable care. However, other than as expressly stated in these terms, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Minds Illuminated shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the Services or these terms.
Business Use
If you use the Services on behalf of a business or organization, that entity accepts these terms and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Minds Illuminated.
About These Terms
These terms govern the relationship between you and Minds Illuminated. Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver.
